Madeline's Easter Dress

Since my sweet Madeline was sick on Easter, we decided to bust out the camera today to take a few pictures of her in her little easter dress from Grandpa. She wasn't in the best of mood during this little shoot... but she's still adorable. :)

So, what's this blog all about anyway?

I created this blog to share my photography, recipes that I've made & loved, creations I'm working on, party & decor ideas, quotes, short stories to lift you up, etc. It's a whole gallery of goodness!

I share these inspirational thoughts, quotes, and stories mainly because they touch my heart & I thought it would touch yours as well. In no way am I implying that I have already mastered this journey called "life"... I am simply sharing with you what I believe & know to be true. I have so many imperfections and I'm thankful for good books, good media, and good friends to make me want to be a better person.

Cake Smash! { Heather Annette Photography}

This sweet baby girl recently turned ONE! 

... and this shoot is definitely worthy to post on this Gallery of Goodness blog! 

This baby girl is FULL of all sorts of goodness.

Her amazing mom MADE her cake! 

Even though she's already found her career in medicine, 

I told her she should think about making these professionally! She's super talented. 

While this sweetie was busy munching on the cake, I wanted to munch on HER! The camera LOVED her. We ended this little cake smash session with an impromptu bubble bath. I think she was happy to be clean again after her bath! :) What a sweetie!
